REGISTRATION

There are two ways to register as a family or as a team of two people:

On-line
Manual / In person
Fees for registration are:

$5 / person
$20 / maximum / family
funds go to Hospice Palliative Care Services provided by Community Home Support Lanark County

Download the fillable Online Registration Form (Click Here) , complete it and save it on your computer, then email it back to us as an attachment to register@perthfestivalchallenge.ca.
Select the number of registrants in your team and then click on the following PayPal "Buy Now" Button to pay the fees owing.

PFC Team Registration

Note: you can pay using a PayPal Account or a Credit Card (by clicking "Don't have a PayPal account?" at bottom right of next screen). Payment is via Tay River Reflections to Community Home Support Lanark County.
